Major Film Projects
HollyOaks on the Marsh is a proud member of the Savannah Film Commission,
Several major motion pictures have selected HollyOaks as the production site of choice. Projects have included: Independent films & feature films, television commercials and promotional videos, Live feeds and documentaries, videos and fashion shoots, print advertisements. Locations on the estate offer outstanding outdoor spaces and views including live oak trees, marsh / river / creek overlooks, a historic cottage setting,
the manor house setting, barns and outbuildings, and lots of woods.
In determining whether to authorize the use of the estate for photography and filming, primary consideration will be given to protecting the natural beauty of the grounds and structures. For major photography or film ventures, it also is the intent to generate revenues from location fees and to benefit in other ways from the promotion of the photography or filming through partnerships with the photographers or producers. It is up to HollyOaks on the Marsh Owners to determine fees associated with major photography or filming.
