Yes! At HollyOaks we can host up to 550 guests for all outdoor events. Our gardens are spacious with room for multiple tents, if desired, but not required. Even though the spaces are large, the lawns do not feel cavernous due to the embracing arms of the live oak trees.

Payments are accepted in USD, and details will be provided during the booking process. We require 50% retainer to book your date, then 25% at nine months from your date, and final 25% at six months from your date.

Parking at HollyOaks is reserved for your wedding party, ADA guests, and your wedding vendors. We do not allow guest parking.

Our investment structure is based on a number of factors including length of event, access needs, guest counts, and more. The best way to receive our basic investment package is to complete an inquiry for the type of event you are planning.

All alcohol must be served by a licensed bartender. While some bartenders allow you to provide your own alcohol, it must be professionally served and handed to the guests.
